Are you trying to get back to exercising at the gym, but you are in a constant state of feeling tired and fatigued? Are you worried about doing the wrong exercise? Have you heard that weight lifting is great, but not sure where to start?
Join our team as we start a strength training workshop for women.
Four weeks starting February 4th
Two days a week – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am
Women only and limited to 8 spots
Unlimited access to our other strength training small group classes and our yoga classes for the month
- Weekly check-ins to track progress and recommendations on all areas of wellness from sleep to nutrition to daily habits
